TAVANIR OFFICE
Tehran, Iran
In the process of reconstruction of Tavanir administrative unit, the centrality of management space was presented as the main idea and the design process was established with the approach of radial structure of plan formation in the central core.
Due to the location of the management zone in the central spot of the project and by creating transparency in the middle walls, an attempt was made to facilitate the monitoring of the surrounding space.
One of the weaknesses of this office unit was the amount of natural light and the existence of dark and dim areas.
The use of transparent walls could greatly contribute to the presence of natural light in most spaces.
In addition, the field of view of the observer in space is achieved by the effect of parallel lines and one-point perspective.
Finally, the wall transparency approach was considered as an appropriate response to the aspects of design strategy.
1. Providing natural light
2. Width of vision
3. Management nobility
