MAHESTAN VILLA

Shahrak-e Qarb, Tehran
VILLA

This residential project is designed with a minimalist approach, relying on the interplay of solid and void masses and the contrast between light and dark materials as its core architectural language.
the contrast between light and dark materials as its core architectural language. The vertically textured white facade provides a neutral backdrop that enhances the legibility of the deeper, darker recessed volumes, which accommodate terraces and deep-set openings. This volumetric layering not only gives the building a sense of depth but also creates a refined dialogue with natural light, privacy, and framed views.
The design strikes a careful balance between simplicity and distinction, forming a quiet yet unique identity within its residential context. The integration of greenery on upper terraces, along with strategically placed side openings, reflects the architect’s focus on human-nature interaction at an intimate scale. This project stands as an example of calm, pure, and functional architecture, where restrained form and material contrast result in a bold yet elegant contemporary presence.
