The main formation of the form is based on vertical structural elements, which by dividing the shaft body into four parts can cause spaces for the position of the floor’s horizontal elements.

The volumes are transformed according to the required functions in their base, which create porosity in the bottom floors are extended and by leading a gradual withdrawal from the body, causes generating large terraces for the units of the end floors. In this project it has been tried that beside apartment private units, villa units with large courtyards in the end can be observed.
