The main form is based on structural vertical elements, which by dividing the shaft into four parts can cause spaces for the position of the horizontal element of the levels.
The volumes are divided according to the required functions, which create porosity in the median layers, the porosity in the bottom floors and leads to a gradual withdrawal from the body, generating large traces for the units of the last levels.
