VILLA

This project is designed with a contemporary approach, emphasizing volumetric simplicity, material contrast, and a dynamic play of light and shadow.
he composition of dark cubic masses combined with soft, light-toned curves defines the architectural language of the building, creating a balanced tension between solidity and fluidity.
The use of vertically textured dark materials on the upper floor contrasts elegantly with the smooth white curvilinear surfaces of the ground floor, offering a refined interpretation of spatial hierarchy and entrance articulation.
Thoughtful lighting—both interior and exterior—accentuates the architectural masses and openings, adding a sense of depth and drama to the overall composition.
The semi-enclosed courtyard on the upper floor reflects the project’s commitment to integrating greenery within the built environment.
Surface layers and species origin have increased the functional capacity of indoor spaces by sliding and spreading in different directions and created a roof that extends the usage form of interior spaces to exterior walls and creating the right combination with enclosed spaces and outdoor uses are included.
