AVAN Villa
Kordan, Alborz, Iran
Kordan is a historical village located in Alborz Province.
There are extended orchards and gardens in the village and a long river that flows through them.
Our main Spaces are located between dynamic layers. This organization is based on the main functions of spaces and through communication surfaces and vertical access elements, it has defined a suitable circulation that responds to a flexible scenario in different cases.
Surface layers and species origin have increased the functional capacity of indoor spaces by sliding and spreading in different directions.
They also created a roof that extends the usage form of interior spaces to exterior walls with creating the right combination with enclosed spaces and outdoor uses are included.
