In the Avan villa project, our main spaces are located between dynamic layers. This organization is based on the main functions of spaces and through communication surfaces and vertical access elements, it has defined a suitable circulation that responds to a flexible scenario in different cases. Surface layers and species origin have increased the functional capacity of indoor spaces by sliding and spreading in different directions and created a roof that extends the usage form of interior spaces to exterior walls and creating the tight combination with enclosed spaces and outdoor uses are included.
